Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee day to day site operations, leading teams to deliver high quality electrical installations safely, efficiently, and to specification. Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you'll ensure all works meet Dynamite Electrical's standards of excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on site electrical teams to achieve project goals, productivity targets, and quality standards.
• Manage daily site operations, including planning, delegation, and supervision of electrical work.
• Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards, client specifications, and company procedures.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, testing, and rectification of electrical, voice, and data cabling systems.
• Provide technical support and advice to teams and ensure efficient problem solving on site.
• Identify project variations, safety risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct daily pre start meetings and weekly toolbox talks to reinforce safety and quality.
• Mentor apprentices and tradespeople, supporting skill development and growth.
• Maintain accurate records for safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Current Electrical License or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Site Supervisor on large residential commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, HSEQ requirements, and construction safety regulations.
• Solid technical understanding of electrical installations, maintenance, and service work.
• Proficiency with electrical tools, systems, and relevant software.
• Ability to manage staff, delegate effectively, and maintain high productivity.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.
